What would you guys say from experience is the best type of weigthed GPP? I’ve gleaned from Davies’ articles and stuff on Renegade training that sled dragging and using a sledge hammer are the best ways to go.
Any suggestions?

If you have one try sled dragging with a weighted vest,vest must weigh at least 80 pounds.
Or Hindu Squats with weighted vest,try and shoot for a 100 straight.
I know they can cost a few bucks,but a vest is a great addition,to a gpp workout.

Well, it depends. wheelbarrow walks may be best at one time, farmers walks at another, overhead walk many different variations on sled, . Then there’s kegs, logs etc so, no, sled and sledge is not only IT.
It depends on the why you are using something.
