on the rest between sets it says to decrese by 10 sec every 4 workouts…

if it was somewhat easy should you decrese rest soner?

up to what point do you reduce before doing something difrent? ading weight vest or such??

GPP doesn’t have to make you puke. Just follow the plan, it should be a gradual buildup of work capacity
