And honestly, I like Christie. I think he’s doing a lot of the right things, including trying to bust up the NJEA, who has had a fucking racket going in this state that’s unheard of. He’s doing a lot of things that sorely needed to be done that our former governor just wouldn’t do.
I like his tone, I like how he talks, and I’ve met him a handful of times and he seems like a decent guy. There’s nothing wrong with being straightforward, and he’s not afraid to fight, which I like.
As long as he stays away from social issues like abortion, guns, gay rights, etc. he’ll be fine. But if he starts toeing a party line on issues such as these in this state, he’ll get tossed very fucking quickly, because we’re traditionally more liberal on those.
