I’m thinking about ordering this book. Are the meals easy enough to make? Is there a broad range of meals with various prep times? And finally, is it worth the purchase?

Definitely worth it. If you want to benefit totally from that, buy the Precision Nutrition system. I got it for Christmas and it is awesome.

something worth noting… Gourmet Nutrition vol 2 is stand alone. If you order the precision nutrition system you get the original Gourmet Nutrition in black in white (which isn’t bad by any means!) but it’s worth being aware of.

i understand that, but getting the PN system with GN1 would benefit the OP more than just having a cook book.
