Got to Have a Multivitamin! Whats Your Choice?

Do you think it would be better if the levels of B vitamins simply built up in your body, never being eliminated?

Unless levels build up in the body indefinitely, EVERYTHING consumed also leaves.

So the logic that something that’s “pissed away” therefore shouldn’t be taken seems problematic.

Never heard oxides could not be used by the body. What sources do you have on that?
