3o mins prior: 1 Scoop Surge Workout Fuel
2 Scoops Surge Recovery
During: 1 scoop Surge Workout Fuel
Post: 2 Scoops Surge Recovery w/ 2 scoops Grow! Whey
I need to cut back on spending so much money on these supplements since I am working out 4 days a week. What can I do that will cut my budget but still give me gains that are comparable.
I am 6 foot 3, 206 lbs.
