Got the Parents on Fish Oil

So after months, maybe years, of telling them that it was worth their while to take omega-3 supplements, and that they wouldn’t get nearly enough to do them any good from eating fish a couple times a week, I finally forced it on them. I got my parents two massive bottles of fish oil capsules for Christmas which, if they take 2 each per day, should be enough to last them over 4 months. Now they take them religiously; keep them in the fridge and everything.

Sometimes you just have to force a person’s hand. Sheesh, what a struggle it was for a while, though! Try just forcing it on the people you love.

LOL. Good job.

Is it necessary to keep the capsule sin the fridge?

better why?

oils degrade faster at room temperature than at colder temperatures.

You may have just given them a bit of what they gave you… life.

Yeah. Next is Rez-V!

…and yes, I try to force fish oils on people I care about. I even give my dog fish oils as treats, but not my Flameout!
