So I had my total/free Test checked and they were 388/55 total/free. Is this low enough to ask for HRT? I’d like them a little higher.

Depending on your age, there are different considerations. Fix, low T is the symptom, not the disease, find the reason why T is low and resolve that. Replace, go to TRT.
