With higher T levels, E2=22pg/ml 80 pmol/Lis a good target. If using anastrozole, increase dose by a factor of 116/80.
You have not tested free T, FT so we do not have any idea about how much T ios bound up in SHBG+T.
Thyroid function can also affect libido.

This is part of the body's temperature control loop. This can get messed up if you are iodine deficient. In many countries, you need to be using iodized salt. Other countries add iodine to dairy or bread.
