Goodmornings

Is there any empirical way to determine what weight to use for goodmornings? Can some of the seasoned powerlifters tell me how their goodmorning compares to their squat and deadlift?

My stats:
Goodmorning: 205 (very close to max)

max squat: 365
max deadlift: 380

Everyone is going to have different carryovers, your best bet is to just keep hammering away at the GM’s and keep trying to get them stronger. I dont think anyone would say that if u do a X lb. GM that you will squat X lbs.
If your GM records are never going up, then i would def. say you need to really focus on them… hope that helps
