yeah but you may be forced to extend the recovery period, e.g. 60-90 secs.
I think you’d regret the hell out of it the next day.
I used stiff legged deadlifts for EDT and it worked out fine for me.
If you’re a puss, bad idea. If not, you shouldn’t have a problem.
I still don’t see why anyone would want to use EDT - a program designed specifically for HYPERTROPHY, not strength - anywhere around their midsection…
