can anyone tell me of a good work out for losing fat without losing strength. Also I just read CT’s Optimized Volume Training article and am curious if it is actually as effective as he claims.
No, he lied. Lifting weights and eating right doesn’t work. Try Cortislim! It’s not your fault you’re fat.
CT’s program is excellent. He knows his stuff and you cannot go wrong with his advice. Also check out my HOC article here at t-mag.
Really any program on this site along with a solid diet (your #1 weapon toward your goals at all times) will work. I personally would suggest looking into ABBH if you are looking for a good program that will help you preserve strength while cutting.,
