I have been kind of lazy over the summer, haven't been inside a gym for about 2 months. But now school starts, and so does training. This is my workout which I plan to perform every 2-3 days. I also do boxing 2 times a week. My goals are strength, fatloss and maybe some mass.
bench press 5x5
power clean 3x3
bent over row 5x5
push press 5x5
The question is, will this be enough or should I add/remove anything? Reps, sets days of training?
