Good Weighted Ab Exercises?

I am looking for some good ideas for ab excersizes that work best in the 10-15 rep range.

Any thoughts?

why that specific rep range? CT has some great ab articles plus you can make alomost any ab exercise weighted

When doing any crunches be sure to place the weight on your chest and don’t pin your hands behind your head with the weight! Unless you want to throw your back out… :wink:

Not sure if its covered in those articles but I like the one Keith Wassung spoke about in his recent article: lie on a bench and hold 2 dumbells or a barbell in the locout position as it you were benching. The perform ordinary crunches holding at the contracted position for 2-3 seconds.
