Good Weight for Deficit Deads?

What would be considered “strong” for a deficit deadlift? 1-2" deficit.

What would you guess?

I don’t know, maybe 2x BW for 3-4 reps?

to the power of 9000!!!

You guys are really funny and really original I have never heard anyone say tree fiddy or over 9000 before.

With 4000 posts of such quality I am surprised T-Nation hasn’t asked you guys to be contributing authors yet.

mos def

Obviously its going to be a bit less than regular DLs. There are plenty of ways to determine what a strong DL is on the internet so a strong defecit DL would be slightly less?.. why does it even matter?

Just to get opinions and to compare with others who do them which is the whole point of T-Nation.

You can look at any other topic and none of them “matter”.
