Good Upper Back Exercises

Try bent over rowing.

Instead of pulling to you stomach, keep your arms 90 degrees out from your body and try to pull the bar to your upper chest. Remember shoulders back and squeze your shoulderblades together.

You have to lower the weight compared to standard bent over rowing.

Works great.
