I am starting my 2nd ever cutting phase.
I will be cutting down from 16% body fat down to 8-10%.
Now I’m thinking about the supplementation I would need.
At the moment my supplements are:
i. Multivitamin (Contains: 50mg Green Tea Extract, 25mg Quercetin)
ii. Minerals
iii. Omega 3,6,9
iv. Creatine
v. L - Glutamine
vi. BCAA
I’ve been thinking whether there are supplements or compounds, which would be worth taking.
The outcomes I think could be beneficial for me from them would be the following (in the order of importance):
i. Mental Focus & Clarity (I study engineering.)
-This is a big one for me in general, because I’ve been thinking about good ways to boost my mental performance a lot lately.
ii. Good Energy Levels Throughout The Day
iii. Appetite Suppression
iv. Thyroid Hormone Support, Metabolic Support
ii. Good Energy Levels Throughout The Day
100% dependent on current diet

Multivitamin and minerals : get Biotest superfoods. All you probably need would be a good magnesium chelate then (citrate, glycinate etc)
Omegas 3/6/9 : nope. Eat good fish and meats. Cut omega 6 sources
Creatine, bcaa, glutamine : maybe. Not if you eat meat and fish, eggs…
