good split for olympic lifts?

Hey Everyone,

Can anyone reccomend a good split for olympic lifts? I need more explosive strength for jujitsu and would ideally be lifting three days a week. Would one day be push excercies, one day legs, and the third day pulling movements? I also plan to work in some of coach davies excercises.
