Good Routine to do with 5/3/1?

I wanted to do more conditioning with my 5/3/1 program. Currently I am just doing the insanity workout on off days with a few modifications. I basically want a full body circuit program that will also help make me more explosive overall but won’t be so taxing that I can’t do 5/3/1 the next day.

I’m not committed to the body weight only approach in insanity (in fact some of my modifications are using my dip/pullup station), however I do have limited space and equipment (I have a pullup/dip station, barbell and rack, dumbbells, and a jump rope). I thought about doing some sprints up and down the hallway of my condo complex but that’s only about 80 meters.

I was think of doing the Olympic lifts with a really light weight (maybe bar plus 20lbs) for high reps followed by sprinting up and down the hallway and then some kind of upper body work, but I am not really sure what the best way to program it is.
