i am playing high school football and was wondering if you guys know of any good routines i could could do like as far as running and lifting goes
Post your stats, age, size, lifts, etc. I would guess WS4SB for you.
Center it around coumpound lifts. SQUAT, bench, etc. And dont shy away from Oly lift, power cleans, hang cleans, push presses. These really make you more explosive.
