Been thinking about giving the anabolic diet a try, was browsing around online to buy it, has it been renamed the metabolic diet? Anyone got a good place to buy it online for a good price?

Why buy the book or the e-book, dude? It’s not terribly complicated and there’s a MASSIVE thread about it here.
You can really pick up everything you need from Shugart’s old article about trying it out and reading the thread here. I did both, and still bought the book on ebay for like 6 bucks. It is nice to hear it straight from the Doc, so your choice.
