Someone else may have posted the recipe, but it's something I came up with a week ago.
4 Whole eggs
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Scoop Chocolate Low-Carb Grow!
Cinnamon to taste
1 or 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Place skillet on a stove with olive oil and let it heat up. Simultaneously beat 4 whole eggs in a bowl. Now add 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 scoop Chocolate Grow!. Mix this up in the bowl until its texture is consistant. Now Pour the contents of the bowl in the skillet and then add cinnamon to taste. This is really filling and tastes like you're eating french toast. Enjoy.
