Good Music for Cardio

sepultura - beneath the remains is good!

always like a bit of drum and bass for HIIT - spor, noisia, break, calyx. podcasts from lifted records (spor) are sometimes pretty good

Some of these are more industrial than you may like. Learn to like it.

dope
static-x
amon amarth
ensiferum
raubtier
you may like pantera. I’m not really feeling them anymore. Too slow.
early disturbed can be pretty good
some rammstein songs are good (anyone heard their new song? it’s pretty sweet, though not really intense enough for lifting/sprinting/whatever)
alestorm
some laibach songs are good
:wumpscut:
sabaton
noisuf-x (not metal at all, but give them a shot)
five finger death punch (you gotta get past some of their whiney songs. there’s plenty of hard ones in there.)

Just some ideas there.

For steady state, check out growling machines. You may enjoy them.

Exactly what I’m trying to do!

I do at least 20 minutes of station cardio (precor, glider, or stairmaster) prior to every training session. I have used the same 11 songs for almost ten years.
