Good Morning Routines

Anyone got any good morning routines as far as getting the day started good with some good cardio?

Also, currently I am working out three days a week, kinda lax I know but on my days that I do lift they are very intense and am pretty positive I could not keep this up much more during the week. Just wondering if anyone has an good filler workouts for some lite lifting on my off days so I can get a good burn.

I guess it was too much to ask for a thread about one of the best PC exercises, especially in the Beginners section. That’s what I get for getting my hopes up, I suppose.

Haha I’ll keep the title this maybe someone interested in the same exercise will have a good response for my initial post.
