Good Macro Ratio for Fat Loss

My better half asked me this and I don’t have a good answer. What’s a good carb/protein/fat ratio for fat loss and muscle toning?

0/0/0 is best for fat loss. There’s no such thing as muscle toning.

Sorry, but it depends on your tolerance for carbs and many other factors that are dependent on the individual. That’s why there are so many diet plans out there. If there was one clear answer, everyone would know just how to eat for their goals. Protein should be a relatively high percentage though, despite what the boobs at the FDA (Foolish, Dumb Administration?) might tell you.
