So I found a great site on bodybuilding and it has an intermediate workout routine that I have been getting good gains off of. More importantly my overall sense of well being is better too. I like the website because I find it is all no bullshit advice and it has helped me in many ways.
Honestly, it doesn't look half bad if you have very limited equipment. I didn't see anything blatantly wrong on his site, but I wouldn't call it a great site on bodybuilding. There are a lot more resources here at T-Nation, and there are better routines available as well, so it seems kind of silly to cross-post it here.
