After reading Chad Waterbury's "How your muscles grow" I got inspired and thought maybe it would be a good idea to do 20 push ups every 30 mins-1 hour on my off days (2-3) times a week for chest development. I'd love to get my chest huge like that guy in boot camp. Does this sound like a good idea to anyone?
Your chest needs to rest at some point. Muscles can be over worked too. I don't think that is the best idea I have ever heard but see what other people think also.
Even better yet Give it a try for a month then check back. See how it effects you. Chads AWESOME but even he cant tell you how it really will effect you.
