Instead of my regular oats I just bought a bag of so-called 9-Grain.
It’s got oat flakes, wheat flakes, wheat bran, barley flakes, rye flakes, triticale flakes (WTF??), millet, cornmeal, flax seed, sunflower seed, and wheat germ.
Seems to me that more is always better, but, thats a lot of different shit. Seem like a good breakfast?
Also, I’m trying to BULK UP for the winter and I’m eating lots of hamburger helper because its cheap and tasty, and it will help me BULK UP. Is this stuff any good or is loaded with chemicals and other vile filth that is going to kill me instead of BULKING UP?
