Good Follow-ups for the Hard Body Training for Women Program?

I’ve had a lot of good results with the hard body training for women 10 week program, but I’m looking for a recommendation to switch up my routine. I’ve previously done the v diet, as well as the fat loss hypertrophy program with the indigo training series. I really like the hard body training, my body has responded very quickly to it, but I was looking for a recommendation for a program to do before I do another 10 weeks that I haven’t tried before. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Do you want to just become a better athlete overall, do you want to improve strength, gain mass, or cut?
