Good Exercises for L5 Spondylosis?

After a period of about 8-12 months of inactivity its time to get things rolling again.

Plan- Swim 3x a week and mainly focus on core strengthening so I can start boxing.

Anyone have any good kettlebell DVDs to recommend or anything like that? From what I read I need to increase hip mobility and work on pelvis strength…
