Good Diet for a Person Bulking?

hi folks…my mate is currently training and is eating a diet supposedly as he thinks is good for “bulking up”. can i no what you guys think??? heres the diet…

day 1

3 weatibix / 250ml milk 10am
2 krealkalyn pint of water 12 noon
4 bread toasted, tin of beans, pint of water 12.30pm
tin fanta, galaxy n bag of crisps 3pm
pint water 5pm
homemade chips, fried egg, 3 sausages, 4 bacon, half beans, pint of water 6pm
pint of water 6.30pm
2 halodrol liqugels, 2 krealkalyn 6.30pm
dymatize elite mass gainer, 300ml milk 8.30pm
2 toast ½ pint water 10g L-glutamine10pm

day 2

3 weatibix / 250ml milk 9am half pint water 2 krealkalyn 1 HLG
4 toast, tin of beans, 500ml water 11.30pm
2 toast tin of beans,pint water 3.30pm 2 krealkalyn 1 HLG
training 2 pints water 4pm
dymatize elite mass gainer 300ml milk 6pm
4 bread, 6 ham, 4 thick slices of cheese 8pm
3 weatibix / 250ml milk 10g L-glutamine 10pm
3 weatibix / 250ml milk

Day 3

3 weatibix / 250ml milk 2 krealkalyn 1 HLG 10am
4 ham sandwiches, pint of water 1pm
2 toast 3pm
chicken fillet burger, large chip (chip shop) 5.30pm
2 krealkalyn 1 HLG 2 pints of water 5.30pm
training at 7pm
Dymatize mass gainer 300ml milk 8pm
3 weatibix / 250ml milk 10g L-glutamine 10pm
3 weatibix / 250ml milk

Thats a pretty bad diet…check out some of the bulking articles on the site to get a better idea of proper food choices. Also if you must take a commercial weight gainer have it early in the day as oppose to nighttime so your body has time to utilize all the carbs from it.

c the thing is…the guy in question…has managed to put on 16 pounds of mass while maintaining very very low % of BF

While it’s not the healthiest diet in the whole world, if it’s helping him reach his goal then it’s effective for him.

Now imagine he ate a decent diet, most likely his gains would have been better. That being said if he is gaining quality mass with what hes eating and its more of a convenience/money factor then so be it, keep it up.
