Felt like I could have gone higher on the benchpress but the bar was kind of swaying. ;_;

-Went with a thumbless grip on OHP for first two sets and tried standard grip on last. I feel like I could have pressed that last rep if it was thumbless.
-Definitely a lot of work to do on Power Cleans, everything is all wrong. Going to take it very slowly, step by step. ~(._.~)

I'll have to start with the standard bar instead of the olympic for OHP and just throw my ego out.

Cleans are much better than last week. Still need to work on catching the bar correctly, had a problem catching the bar on the collarbone a few reps instead of on the delts.

I really love doing power cleans.
