Hey Im 16 years old and weigh 192 lb my bench press is 275 lb so i was just wondering if that's any good or not compared with my body weight. Think i use my shoulders 2 much though because there my strong point so i seem 2 rely on them more than my chest. Is that bad or dose it just mean my chest will develope slower
in my opinion its a good bench... u benched way more then u benched
do you also play a certain sport?
Used t play rugby not any more though just lift weights now but me and my training partner r combining power moves with higher rep body building sstuff and it seems t b working really well
