dill pickle, the vinegar kills hunger, fools the stomach into thinking it has food. You can use a small glass of water with a table spoon of vinegar in it a half hour before a meal and get the same effect. Late night a pickle wedge will kill the night time craving. It really works. If you are on a low salt diet…beware pickle have a load of sodium.

If you aren’t afraid of a little higher fat…a table spoon of natural peanut butter will also kill night time cravings…just don’t load up with 3 or 4 table spoons of the brown stuff. Remember it takes awhile for your brain to get the message that your stomach has something in it.

I’ve lost 30 lbs by using the above and a fairly normal diet high protein low to medium carbs high liquid fish oil. Normal sup’s, 5 days a week training
