Good Abs Routine?

can someone please tell me a good ab routine?

and also:
Suitcase deadlifts, front squats, sprints with some pikes and planks for repetitions/time.

Regardless of how strong they are , diet is the key to be able to show em.
If that’s you in your avatar, just do the aforementioned exercises.

aiight thanks, yea thats me…my abs are alright, but they look kinda crooked for some reason. do u know why?

Genetic google image search for “crooked abs” lotta pros have them. Your genetics determin how your abs stack/appear and theres nothing to do to alter it.
