I have pain on the inside of my elbow when I press and grip something really hard. I got one of those things you wrap around your forearm just below the elbow. I also got some Mtape from Mueller a zinc oxide tape.
I’m not sure what I should be doing with the tape. I watched some videos and I’ve seen a zillion different techniques and I’m not sure which one to use. Should I just wrap my elbow like I was wrapping with wraps?
