Golpher's Elbow and Tape


I have pain on the inside of my elbow when I press and grip something really hard. I got one of those things you wrap around your forearm just below the elbow. I also got some Mtape from Mueller a zinc oxide tape.

I'm not sure what I should be doing with the tape. I watched some videos and I've seen a zillion different techniques and I'm not sure which one to use. Should I just wrap my elbow like I was wrapping with wraps?


It mostly bothers me when I bench press. Shoulder pressing not much but a tiny bit. I can pull just as hard and as much with very minor discomfort. Super setting bis and tris with high reps and a slow tempo makes it feel immensely better and of course a good helping of vitamin I. I’m also taking fish oil and glucosamine for it.
