Gold School Calves Update

Very happy with this routine. Put on a solid 3/8 of an inch to my non growing calves. Would highly recommend people try this one out. Only modification I made was that after the partial contractions, instead of the negatives I did contractions at the stretch position.

I followed it to the letter for the first week. But After the partials I was not able to do more than one or two sloppy negatives.
This is literally the first routine to make my calves grow in years. I pretty much gave up on them. Excited to see how far I can take them.

Any chance of an equally effective forearm routine??

Your input inttigued me, as I am the same case as you on that :slight_smile:
I don’t have access to gym, so no calf machine, but I have dumbbells so I hope it will work, as my calves are also very weak.

For how long have you been doing this routine?

There’s an excellent forearm workout in Chapter 30 of my eBook: The New Bodybuilding for Old-School Results. Give it a try.

4 weeks. First week I did it once and was so sore I skipped the second workout. After that it was twice per week.
