Honestly, I went to Vegas two weekends ago and ate Denny’s (twice; Grand Slam + extra eggs and other stuff both times), McDonalds and a few other shit places. I also drank several of those 15 shot super slushee type drinks in the 3 foot plastic glasses (Easily 100g+ of carbs in each). I thought I would come back fatter, but all the walking I did going up and down the strip actually made me come back 2lbs lighter with more definition in my abs. I was pleased haha.
