Ive been on my game for the last 3 months and gained a decent amount of muscle and lost bout 6% bf… now i have to have hernia surgery and doc says no lifting for a month to 6 weeks…my plan is to continue eating clean and keep carbs lower and protien high thru this and also keep up my bcaa… just feel i am goin to loose most my progress… any suggestions?
Just do no-impact cardio and make sure you get enough protein. You can ask the doctor if you can do some push-ups and pull-ups without exerting yourself too much.
True. I will def be doing no cardio or any kind of lifting for atleast 2 weeks but maybe after that get bk to atleast a light routine… just dont want to risk anything . Thanks
