Going hypo

I had a post workout drink of 50% maltodextrin, 15% chocolate jello pudding mix for table sugar, 5% bcaa’s, 5% glutamine peptides, and 25% hydrolyzed casein. I didn’t get to eat anything for about 4 hours after this, as I had night class. Well, I went to eat some burgers with a slice of cheese on each, and bam! I’m feeling those hypo effects. This didn’t even hit me a few hours ago. Now, I’m sweating, feeling hungery, and getting dizzy. What exactly happened. This came on once I had the food. Would it be better next time to eat an hour after the post workout drink?
