Going from 15%-10% Bodyfat. Advice?


hey guys, currently sitting around 15% bf. My next goal is to get down to around 10. what would be the best routine for me to do this? im working on my diet, drinking a hell of alot of water a day, eating around 6 small meals and cutting out all the jumk food ect.

any tips?


You seem to be on the right track.





Set your calories between 10-12 per lb BM, watch the weight fall off until it stalls. Reassess then. Bottom line is weight loss = cal. in - cal. out
