Fuck bench, went light today and on just 60og my left chesticle felt fucked!
So, I might ditch it all together for a while in place of DB press which I have been loving! Had to go light on close Grip due to whacky feeling, DB press doesn’t seem to bother it, hmmm!

Yep, the movement does feel awkward, with the Landmine you really have to sit back, sometimes I cross my arms on my chest, others I rest them in top of the plates, whatever feels good at the time.
Sometimes the chain rubs in the wrong spot etc, or I don’t get it the chain short enough and end up high squatting as the plates hit the ground etc ,all part of the fun

Not the best pic, and makes my legs look like twigs, haha, I need to squat more!
But this is how I do it, belt is a chain, a caribiner and a pool noodle
You can see I fucked up the setup and the chains too long as the plates are just off the ground and I’m not even below parallel. Sometimes I nail the right link and it’s good :+1:

Awesome thanks. Will give it another go, I did it with my dip belt before, if I can’t get that right I will hunt down a noodle. Talking of noodles, if your legs are twigs then mine are super fine noodles.

Yep, a dip belt wouldn’t work, the chain isn’t long enough. The chain does seomtimes dig in a bit, but hey, no pain no gain!
I stack 60kg on the other end to stop it popping up and hitting me in the nads, sitting back seems good for the hams as well. Def a good finisher after squats

Depending on how much you value your nads, would something like this be valuable? would likey bolt straight to your rack. Cheaper than a bollock transplant.
