Yeah not sure at the moment mate, I benched 130kg a little while back, my best ever is 140kg for a single, Iām not really too fussed about bench, Iād much rather load up a heavy squat.
Have been walking a shit load lately, waking at 5:30 am, downing a coffee and my oats, then going for a 30-40 min walk, and the same after T at night.
Had a 20 min power nap on the couch just after lunch today, which is very unlike me, then head to the garage for squats.
