Yep there’s a p trap, water gets failry low over a few hours and then it stinks, we were hoping it was all the shit that was in it had been pushed around the bend a bit and whicking the water away, hoping with fingers crossed. Otherwise it’s either dig the bugger up, or get a place to reline it. We are buying the place and it settles next week and he has promised to fix it before it does, or continue repairs etc. We’ve rented off him for past 8 years.

Have been trying super hard to eat cleanly, but Fark, craving calories badly, still eating a ton of beef, veg and rice each day, but last night smashed a beef and onion pizza and just before lunch today was at the bank, (transfer for new house) and Mrs wanted a Yiros from possible the best Yiros shop here so I ended up inhaling an AB Pack!

Thanks mate, they felt good today, and good depth, i had to fight the urge to Max out on them and do heavy singles. I reckon I’d be good for 210-215 the way they feel.

Yep it’s a funny one, I used to be heavier, and after a Smolov Jnr for bench I pushed it to an easy 140kg for a single, then when I stopped focussing on it, it dropped again, but fuck it, squats and deads are better anyway. It just amazes me the benchers putting up huge numbers, my long skinny arms would snap, haha
