I haven’t trained in over 30 days. Before I stopped I was working on building size and strength. Here is what my program looked like:
Standing press 3x6
Bent Row 3x6
Seated incline dumbbell press 3x6
Dead lifts 3x5
My question is, what should I be doing when I get back to the gym? Should I do the same exercises with less intensity and weight? or should I be doing some more athletic movements with body weight? Help!
