I haven’t trained in over 30 days. Before I stopped I was working on building size and strength. Here is what my program looked like:
Workout A
Pull-ups 3x6
Standing press 3x6
Squats 3x5
Workout B
Bent Row 3x6
Seated incline dumbbell press 3x6
Dead lifts 3x5
My question is, what should I be doing when I get back to the gym? Should I do the same exercises with less intensity and weight? or should I be doing some more athletic movements with body weight? Help!

Go back and try to do your workout with 85% of the weight you were using. If that’s to easy, up the weight. 30 days isn’t that long, you should be able to get back to your old numbers pretty quickly. Good workout by the way.
