Going Away with no Access to a Gym.

I’m off to my relatives for a week and I’ve got no chance of getting in a decent workout while I’m there…

It’s out in the middle of no-where there are lots of big ass rocks around so I guess I could try lifting with them but would that be dangerous??

If you guys can’t think of anything then no problem I’ll just take the week off as a rest period or something.

Make sure you don’t shave or shower and smell like a caveman before you try. Oh and don’t forget your loincloth.

Pick up family members and throw them around.Don’t tell them anything in advance. Their thrashing and flailing it will add to the intensity of your workout. I fully endorse the advice of AlterEgo while you are doing this.

take it as an off week for recovery

or just do bw stuff pushups, broom bw rows, jump squats, etc.
