Who’s got the best biceps ever?
I’ll start with an old-school guy, Robbie Robinson.
One of the first Flex magazines I brought in the 80s (I’m old) had a close-up shot of his arm and it looked like someone had inserted a tennis ball under his skin.
Bicep peaks taller than they are wide.
Looked freaky from the back, too.
Larry Scott for old-school aesthetic biceps.
In my time Larry Scott had arms to envy. Long full muscle bellies in both biceps and triceps. Perfect symmetry.
I can’t imagine what the world would have thought if Nick Walker had walked on stage in the 80s.

Wrist-to-forearm ratio is sick. It’s hard to define that level of size other than mutant.
