If i’m using the massive eating diet and westside skinny bastards style, is it likely that i’ll gain 15 pounds between now and the end of august? That’s my goal, but is it realistic? It seems like a lot.
Also, in two weeks there is like a ‘camp’ (only not really) that our school is doing where we go in and practice full pads for 2 weeks. Should i continue lifting regularly during those two weeks?
