Goal - Strength

Hi. I decided to start my own log…

Started lifting 2 years ago, in 2 years done 3 times “starting strength” 2-3 month cycles, 2times GOMAD. Before main goal was edurance, did not train regulary for strength.

My current goal is to improve strength and body mass. Interested to participate in Powerlifting, in future.
120kg weight class.

Some stats:
Height: 6’2+" (188+cm)
Weight: 216 lb (98kg)
Back Squat: 140kg (286 lb)
Front Squat: 80kg~ (not tested)
Bench Press: 100kg
Military Press: 60kg
Sumo Deadlift: 140kg
Pullups (bw): 8 reps

I decided to start with wendler 5/3/1 BBB variation.
