Goal Attack


How do you approach your goals? Closest to furthest or furthest to closest?

For example, I am 200lbs away from where I want my deadlift, but I am only 50 from where I want my OH Press.

Would you...?

Go after OH Press 1st cause it's closer, or deadlift cause it needs more work?

I am leaning towards the OHP, but am curious of other opinions.

Maybe I misunderstood it, but since these goals don't conflict, there's no reason you shouldn't be able to pursue both seriously at the same time.
